  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Supabase — database hosting and user authentication.
  • Twilio — SMS verification and notifications.
  • Google Cloud — receipt OCR processing (image data is not retained after processing).
  • Vercel — backend API hosting.
  • Bank connection provider (post-launch, TBD) — transaction retrieval.

These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to provide services to us.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pilot, our users, or the public.

4.3 Business Transfers

If Pilot Technologies LLC is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or in-app notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Pilot account at any time by emailing support@fuel-pilot.com with the subject line “DELETE ACCOUNT.” Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will process the deletion of your data as follows:

8.2 Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time. Note that we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records).

8.3 California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect, use, and share; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (d) non-discrimination for exercising your rights. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any such email. Transactional and account-related communications (e.g., renewal reminders, claim confirmations) are necessary for the service and cannot be opted out of while your subscription is active.

Pilot is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Third-Party Links and Services

Pilot may include links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe's payment portal). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with Pilot.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, by sending you an in-app or email notification. Your continued use of Pilot after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
